Compulsory registration of title begins in the Vale of Glamorgan

From a sale of land in the Vale of Glamorgan must be registered at HM Land Registry (SI 1975/160). The 1969 and May 1975 conveyances come before this date; the November 1982 sale of the fields comes after it.
