Surrender and new yearly tenancy, as the Court of Appeal recites it
The Court of Appeal recites a surrender of the earlier tenancy and a new yearly tenancy to Frederick Buckler on 2 February 1949; the intended written tenancy “did not happen because Mr Frederick Buckler also failed to pay the rent”. It then recites a High Court possession order (2 February to 4 July 1955) and a Cardiff County Court possession order of 11 December 1962.
